Over the past 30 years, she has taught at the primary, intermediate, and middle school levels in public and private settings. Lisa served as Director of Parent Engagement and Positive Discipline at a private school in Chicago, where she was a member of the Leadership Team. She and her husband, Craig, reside in Chicago and are the parents of three adults, who are their best teachers.
