In an overscheduled and increasingly disconnected world, one thing is clear: adults aren’t looking for more obligations, guilt, or social media chatter on how to be the perfect parent. They’re looking for simplicity, acceptance, and a place to breathe.
Our goal is to create an engaging, supportive experience that combines expert guidance with the wisdom of shared lived experience. We build each session around the experiences parents bring. Topics include, but are not limited to, morning, bedtime, and meal hassles; power struggles; tantrums; and boundaries. We listen first, then offer relevant content, practical strategies, and evidence-based frameworks grounded in emotional intelligence, Adlerian psychology, and Positive Discipline.
Our coaching model is experiential, collaborative, and responsive—not a series of parenting "shoulds." We recognize that every child and family is unique, so together we explore a variety of strategies, reflect on real-life experiences, and empower parents to choose the approaches that best fit their values, relationships, and goals.
Parent groups for babies through adolescents, with six to nine participants, meet in the evenings or mornings.
