Bringing the Science of Leadership to the Art of Parenting

Our goal is to bring engaging workshops and relevant content to support parents on their parenting journey. We build content that leverages the latest in emotional intelligence, classic Adlerian psychology, and Positive Discipline and helps synthesize the abundance of advice available today to give parents solid, simple frameworks to guide them on their parenting journey.

As working parents, we may wish we had more ‘reps’ with our children to build our parenting instincts. We may have basic questions that we’re embarrassed to ask and not sure where to turn. We may wonder whether what we’re experiencing is normal or something we should be concerned about. In PATH workshops, you will find expertise, space, and a community to support you with these concerns and more.

What People Are Saying

There is so much value in all of the activities, frameworks, and situational role-play. The tools are practical, easy to grasp, and a great opportunity to enhance basic parenting skills. I would absolutely recommend this workshop to other parents. Beyond the useful tools, the opportunity to connect with other parents and gain new perspectives is invaluable.

“Completely synthesized key concepts in development that I had been experiencing and made me feel like my experience was not unusual. Huge relief! Thank you.”

I loved the course. It was really nice to know that I am not alone and that parenting is HARD for everyone. I know we should know this, but I think we place such a high bar to be the best and it makes us afraid to speak about our struggles. It was nice to have a place to have those discussions and learn from one another. Thank you, Lisa, Andrea, and Josie, for a great course!”

“Lisa Herold has the ability to discern the root issues of discipline or challenges in the classroom, home, or playground. She can apply knowledge of developmental stage, circumstance, and environment to give families tools to ride out rough patches and forecast hope. She is the gateway to a successful future for your child with resources, game plans, and referrals.”
